June 1976 - Foundation of the company by Dipl. Ing. Horst Graßmann and Iris Graßmann with headquarters in the Eifel municipality of Hürtgenwald
July 1983 - Move into the new warehouse
May 1996 - Transfer of business to son Marcus Graßmann as sole owner and managing director
September 1998 - Conversion to a new merchandise management system
January 2000 - Acquisition of the commercial property at the traffic junction A4/B56 in Düren

July 2001 - Move to the new building in Düren
November 2006 - Achieving climate neutrality by installing a photovoltaic system on the entire roof area with 34.16 kWp as well as a thermal solar system with 13.6m² flat-plate collectors
2021 - Building application for the change of use of a further floor level to expand the storage area
