Prototyping
We manufacture special seals for new designs at short notice with the help of our modern machinery. We produce rotationally symmetrical sealing elements for you, which cannot be found in any catalogue in terms of dimensions and requirements. Our prototypes help you to gain initial experience with your designs in practical tests for possible later series production. Our team of engineers will be happy to help you. In an initial discussion, we will talk about the application parameters and metallic installation dimensions. Ideally, you should have a technical drawing or a sample of an old seal at hand. We can supply you with prototypes in many possible compounds such as TPU, NBR, HNBR, FKM, MVQ, PTFE, plastics and many more. An economical realisation of small and medium series is feasible in most cases.
Moulded parts
Do you need a seal made of special materials or with very complex geometry? We develop and produce quality-optimised seals as well as cost-efficient moulds for seals in all materials imaginable. With regard to the material to be processed, mould separation, number of nests and much more, your future moulded parts will be optimised by our engineers. WESTRING stands for decades of experience in almost all industries. Furthermore, we gladly cater to your needs regarding (special) material mixtures. Various compounds from NBR to FFKM are available. Our smallest moulded part in series production is currently 0.3 mm, and the largest is 1,500 mm. The range of dimensions extends presently from 0-2,500 mm.
