General
Due to its shape, the wiper A6R ensures a technically clean finish on the housing. It has the task of reliably preventing the penetration of dirt, dust, sand grains and metal chips in dynamic rod guides with greater radial play. This prevents scoring on the piston rod and the guide and extends the service life of the seals. The A6R does not require tight fits and allows perfect wiping with a possible coaxiality deviation >>x<< of up to 1.5 mm, depending on the rod diameter.

Standard material:
- SFR/NBR material with a hardness of approx. 92 Shore A (also available in FKM for special operating conditions)

Installation instructions
The A6R wiper does not require any special screw rings or retaining plates for its fit. It can be snapped into closed grooves without any problems, which are easy to produce. An oversize on the outer diameter ensures the necessary tight fit.
Other
To avoid damage, the wipers must not be pulled over sharp edges and corners. In special applications (high temperature, speed, specific pressure load or the use of special media) please contact our application engineering department.
