General

The external wiper A9P prevents dirt from entering the cylinder via the piston. It sits on the piston and wipes the inside of the cylinder barrel.

Material

Standard material:

• hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane with a hardness of approx. 93 Shore A (alternatively also available in the elastomers NBR, FKM and EPDM)

• also suitable for food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries
• no dirt deposits on the inside of the cylinder tube
• simple assembly

Installation instructions

The wiper ring Profile A9P can be easily installed in closed grooves by expanding it. Avoid running over sharp edges. Intermediate sizes can be made easily and at short notice. In special applications (high temperature, speed, or use in water, HFA, HFB fluids etc.) please contact our application engineering department.
