General

The guide ring profile FPS has been designed for use in hydraulic cylinders cylinders. The mating surfaces can be steel or chromium-plated Chromium-plated surfaces.

Installation instructions

The guide ring FPS has a tight fit against the groove base when mounted. The ring is designed in a slotted form (90° cut) for better installation. The slotted design improves the contact of the system pressure with the seal. Thermal expansion is taken into account.

Other

The ring can be used as a rod guide ring (FPR) or piston guide ring (FPP).
