DLP
The profile DLP is a very compact built, double action pneumatic seal, inside NBR standard elastomer compound.
APPLICATION RANGE
Mainly sealing of gatevalves (slide dampers), as well as clamping cylinders, mini- and short stroke cylinders.

MATERIAL
Standard compound is an approved elastomer mixture on NBR-basis, with a hardness of approximately 71 Shore A.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The profile DLP gets snapped in place in a basic groove on the piston. To avoid damage of the sealing lips, don�t pull them over sharp or rough edges. To reach a high time of operation, it is important with operation in unoiled air, before mounting the piston, to apply a closed lubrication film inside the valve body bore or alternatively on the cylinder tube.
