EKP
This pneumatics complete piston profile EKP combines two functions: sealing and guiding. A cup seal and a vulcanized metal disc serve as a supporting part.

For single-acting pneumatic cylinders with and without stop position decay. No high lateral guidance loads should occur while using. Long strokes and consequential bucklings are to be avoided.
MATERIAL
NBR-based standard elastomer with a hardness of approx. 71 Shore A and vulcanized metal supporting disc, for diameter > 100 mm. approx. 78 Shore A.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The pneumatics complete piston EKP will be screwed together by means of a screw-nut and a washer. The bolted connection is to be protected from unfasten. For use with dry and oil-free air, the piston and cylinder bore must be treated with a suitable longlife lubricant. Care should be taken that the sealing lips can not pound on the bottom or cover of the cylinder. They need sufficient freedom of movement (see also dimension "Ø dm").
