The two-piece piston seal N0P consists of a rubber-fabric groove ring and a hard-fabric support ring on the side facing away from the pressure. To protect the seal lips in the return stroke, a support body has been incorporated into the groove ring to position it exactly. For double-acting pistons, two seals are arranged in opposite directions.

Installation instructions
The installation is carried out in the open installation space, thus the piston must be split. The seal must not be pulled over bores or sharp edges or threads. The cylinder must be provided with an insertion chamfer.
Range of application
Profile N0P is particularly suitable as a cylinder seal in high pressure hydraulics with high sliding speeds. The materials are robust, durable and longer downtimes are unproblematic. Slight damage due to a contaminated environment does not lead to immediate failure of the seal.
