Profile K3R is a rotor seal reinforced with fabric on the running surface. It is very suitable for use in the low and medium pressure range. The fabric structure on the running surface ensures that the liquid film on the rotor rod is maintained.

Installation instructions
The rotor seal can always be snapped into closed installation grooves. An open groove as an end seal is also possible. To prevent damage to the seal, it must not be pulled over sharp edges. The installation space must be provided with sufficient lead-in chamfers. Initial lubrication must be provided for assembly and initial commissioning. In special cases of application (high temperature, sliding speed, specific pressure load, critical media etc.) please contact our application engineering department.
