EMR
The seal wiper element EMR is designed fort he demands of mini pneumatics. Compared with the profile ELR, smaller cross sections of the profiles are realized here. This involves marked lower friction values. Also this profile combines two functions in one: Sealing and wiping. No additional axial safeguard required.

MATERIAL
PU010 special polymerized polyurethane compound with a hardness of approx. 90 Shore A. For low temperature application the compound PU009 with a hardness of 94 Shore A is available.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
The seal / wiper element EMR is easy to be snapped into its fitting area when the piston rod is demounted. No further axial safeguard is necessary thanks to the outline of the profile. To avoid damage to the wiper and sealing lips, those should not be drawn over sharp edges during installation. An initial lubrication of the mating surfaces on assembly is important for very long service life.
