PPR
The profile PPR is a pneumatics-damping ring with distance cams and overflow ducts. By the axial sealing, the overflow ducts and the distance cams, it owns an integrated check valve function.
ADVANTAGES ARE

MATERIAL
Standard compound is a special NBR-based elastomer with supreme deformation resistance and a hardness of approx. 89 Shore A. Special compounds for high resp. low temperature applications are available. Deliverable dimensions in the polyurethane compound PU008 are listed divided.
MOUNTING INSTRUCTIONS
To ensure a faultless function, the damping rings have to be greased before assembly. To avoid damage to the seal lip, it should not be pulled over sharp edges. The profile has to be installed by a simple snap mounting. The fitting areas have to be cleaned before assembly.
